ZESTIES, WE’RE GOING TO LIVE FOREVER! 😂💃

Okay, maybe not quite…

But research has linked dancing with some pretty impressive health benefits — and when you think about what we're doing every Wednesday, it makes sense.

💃 We get our bodies moving
🧠 We challenge our brains with choreography
👣 We work on balance and coordination
🎶 We move to music
😂 We laugh — a LOT
💜 And most importantly, we do it together

That last one matters too. Dance isn't just exercise. It combines movement, music, thinking, enjoyment and social connection in one activity.

So when I say Zest & Zumba is about vitality, mobility AND community, I really mean it. 💜💚🧡💙
Now, will our Wednesday night dance parties make us immortal?

Probably not. 🤣

But are we going to have a bloody good time trying?

💚 14 YEARS A ZIN™! 💚

How on earth has it been 14 years?! 🤯💃

Zumba first came into my life 16 years ago, and two years later I took the leap and became an instructor.
And here we are… 14 years later and still dancing! ❤️

Over those years, Zumba has given me so much more than a workout. It has given me confidence, strength, friendships, opportunities, ridiculous amounts of laughter, incredible memories and a community of people I never would have met otherwise.

I started as the person standing in class absolutely loving that magical feeling when the music starts… and eventually became the person at the front, hoping to give that same feeling to someone else. 🥹

And somehow, this journey has kept growing.

Each role has given me another way to connect with this incredible community, support other instructors, bring people together and share something that has meant so much to me personally.

There have been thousands of songs, probably millions of steps, plenty of forgotten choreography 😂 and a LOT of sweaty clothes along the way.

But one thing hasn't changed…

I still bloody love it. 💃🔥
16 years of Zumba.
14 years as an instructor.
And I'm definitely not done yet. 💚

Happy ZINversary to me! 🥳

🔥 WELL… THAT WAS EPIC! 🔥

Our very first Zumba with Jade Pop-Up is DONE and ohhhh my goodness, that was FUN! 💃🎉

Great music, lots of laughs, plenty of sweat and almost 400 calories burned for me — although it honestly felt more like a party than a workout! 😂🔥

And in all the excitement… I completely forgot to take a photo. 🤦‍♀️🤣 So you'll just have to believe me when I say the vibes were GOOD!

Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make our very first Pop-Up such a fabulous night. 🩷

And YES… we're doing it again!
