Thanks to a referral from Matt from Trek Joondalup, Shane Cheshire came to me in Mindarie for a bikefit on his brand new Trek Speed Concept today. What a state of the art spaceship this weapon is. Shane is going to fly as he builds his way towards his goal event, the Busso Ironman.

Yesterday I had one the best reunions of great mates ever. Robert Cleary was in Perth for a brief family catch-up and I managed to get my brother Kim and good mate Ken Henry to meet up with Rob for a coffee, chat and heaps of laughs. It seems like only yesterday when Rob, myself and Brent Ohara were doing track stands in my dads driveway and here we are in our seventies, still catching up and reliving our pasts. Paul Dean came to me at Elite's today after experiencing some back and glute discomfort. Paul had concerns over the frame size being too big for him. It turns out he was right, though after lot's of adjustments and him purchasing a shorter head stem I'm happy he'll achieve a set-up that won't create any problems that will send him to a health professional.
