What you don’t see is that this group is made up of women that have been with us for between 3 weeks & 15yrs.

You see a lot of commitment to their alarm clock, not their snooze button.

Loads of laughs & friendships that have formed

Millions of different things in their body working together to build bone density, muscle strength, balance & flexibility.

Your body isn’t slowing down, it’s craving something different.

One thing I’ve learned after 17 years of coaching women is your 40s aren’t the beginning of the end, it’s the beginning of your strongest, smartest, most powerful chapter.

But here is the secret that you need to know…

* Your body responds to consistency, strength training, and recovery, not punishment.

* Muscle is your best friend for energy, metabolism, confidence, and hormone support.

* You don’t need to train harder, you need to train smarter.

So this week, try this simple shift.

* Choose the weight that challenges you, not the one that feels safe.

* Fuel your body like it’s the only vehicle you are ever going to get.

* Move with intention, not urgency.

Another conversation with a lady in her mid 40’s this morning.

I seem to be exercising all the time but nothing is changing.

When we got morning to the conversation, strength training is non-existent in her routine.

She is moving her body, awesome. But she must add in the strength.
