We hope you’ve all had a beautiful Christmas filled with good food, big laughs, and quality time with your people ❤️

Today’s Boxing Day run was all about moving together with your running family, shaking out those legs, clearing the head and starting our day feeling fresh (or at least fresher 😄). No pressure, no pace goals, just showing up and sharing the kms. If you were resting today, enjoy every slow moment and leftovers (Thanks Jude 👀)

Tonight’s run plans feel different…

With everything that’s happened, it’s hard to just lace up and carry on as normal.

Our hearts are with everyone affected, and we want to acknowledge the incredible bravery of the first responders who ran towards danger. Tragically, those who did everything they could lost their lives or were hurt - we honour them, their families, and their service.

If you’re able, one small but powerful way to help right now is to donate blood. It’s something many of us can do that genuinely saves lives.

Take care of each other, check in on your people, and hold your loved ones a little closer.

Running reminds us we’re stronger together. 💙 If you’re around tonight, join us, if you’re ever in need, please know your HVR mates are here for you.

Tonight was GARBAGE…

Well not quite - but we did collect a few bags of it as we ran around Barangaroo, wrapping up an amazing weekend of running with by plogging along the course making sure the streets of Sydney are back to their normal state!
