Oh my lovely people..... here's some things we need to put out there...

You may see me swearing, unprofessional or keeping it real, you know what, I am me and I do my best to be nice, but I'm kinda over the attitude...

This is not towards people who have hired us for events, this is certain members of the public with a God complex...

We don't require a fu***ng food license because we sell coffee only. Our van is not equipped to make food. We can sell food if it's ready to go, without a food license as long as it's labelled. But we don't.

We actually have 2 lots of COC, aka certificate of currency for liability insurance one is linked to the van insurance, the other is linked to the Cafe, but covers the van and we have numerous council jurisdictions listed on it.... we have NEVER had any issues working for council events with our coc we provide.

We also do NOT need to show you, some fu***ng random, our official documents.

Police have no issues with our operation.
Council have no issues.... so why do you?

Our vehicle is registered, maintained and owned out right, not that it's anyone else's business....

Anything else you'd like to know, you total pain in my ..........????

This Week Barista in the Mist on the Road is BACK HOME and this is our line up....

Wednesday 10th June -
Queensland Police Service Innisfail Station from 6.30am for local police in the area and neighbouring stations on and off duty to come along for free coffee.

Saturday 13th June -
Herberton Magpies Junior Rugby League home game will be HUGE, they are searching for volunteers, so if you are going to be there with your kids, reach out to their page and let them know how you can help.

Sunday 14th June -
mx Club are holding a Park Ride Day - we will on-site from 6am.

WINTON Love us so much they asked us to their local show.... so Barista in the Mist on the Road van hit the road and are following the calling....
HEELLLOOOOOO WINTON....we might be FNQ based but our families use to wander all around out here. It's in the blood.

We are here and open from 8am Friday 5th June 2026, here all weekend. Also a part of the AgForce fun for kids (hope I've tagged the right one), that is an primitive to have fun and learn about farming and the industry. We may have a little treat for those who hit us up and answer the questions correctly.

Here's the wrap up of Pioneer Weekend Historic Village Herberton 2026.

Not many photos as the team were very busy, but we met so many new and old customers that were happy to see us, and it really is humbling to know that my Cafe is missed.

To the parents of the young ladies & the young ladies in the last photos, I encountered you on Saturday where you just out of nowhere you complemented my daughter on her style, you have no idea what that means as a parent to see such kindness from teenagers to other other teenagers, you have no idea what we have been through and I just want to say how proud I am of you all, that you choose kindness and happiness above all else. Honestly, so needed in this world. Keep being beautiful inside and out...
