Congratulations to .m.jensen proving you can get strong while training for a half marathon. Deadlifts 200kgs for the first time on Tuesday and followed it up with another on in the half marathon today. Love it when a plan comes together😀.

There are the new restrictions for indoor functions including gyms of 4 square metres per person This is a picture of what 4 square metres looks like. The 4 kettlebells marking out each corner, as you can see the bar actually extends beyond that. I will be continuing to offer Personal Training at the moment.

We have cleaning products, disinfectant and hand sanitiser for your hygiene needs.
