WE NEED YOU — RESULTS DATA ENTRY VOLUNTEERS!

Want to get involved in athletics without having to be out on the track or in the field?

We’re looking for volunteers to assist with results data entry throughout the upcoming summer athletics season!

You’ll help our team enter and process results so athletes, coaches and families can get accurate results as quickly as possible after they compete.

✅ No athletics experience required
✅ Training and support provided
✅ Great way to learn how an athletics competition operates
✅ Perfect for anyone comfortable using a computer
✅ Get involved and become part of the athletics community

Congratulations to the SA Masters athletes who headed over to Daegu, South Korea, to represent Australia at the World Masters Athletics Championships.

We had a number of athletes take part, with many of them putting in medal-winning, and record-setting, performances; and our very own Lisa Attenborough was appointed team manager!

We're hiring!

Athletics SA is seeking a Membership, Administration & Events Assistant to join our team for the upcoming 2026/27 season.

This is a casual role and will work closely with other Athletics SA staff and volunteers to ensure the delivery of ASA events, manage CRM and membership databases, and assist with administrative duties.

Success in Sydney for some South Aussies 🔴🔵🟡

A number of South Australians tackled the TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS yesterday, and there were a couple of highly notable performances.

Michael Roeger came home in 2:18.36, knocking 17 seconds off his PB and setting a new World and National Record for the T46 Marathon.

Caitlin Scott placed third in the Australian Marathon Championships Women's race, clocking 2:31.11 in a hard-fought race against some of the best in the world.

Massive congratulations as well to all the other South Australians who took on Sydney. Hope you're all holding up well and enjoyed the experience!

Battling in Ballarat 🏃

Team SA was out in force over the weekend for the National XC Championships in Ballarat. There were some very tough conditions on the course, and our athletes put in the work to bring home some very strong results.
