Over the years I have heard all of the reasons why people think they "wont be good at yoga" - that they arent coordinated enough, that their mind is too busy, that they are not flexible, that they cant balance, that they (fill in the blank) - and what everyone who has ever said things like this to me and then eventually come to a class has to say afterwards is along the lines of "I wasnt as bad as I thought, wish I started sooner"
And the truth is that there are no prizes in yoga, there is no competition, there is no 'good' or 'bad'
Your regular practice encourages you to accept yourself as you are, to become more aware of the stories in your mind are just not true and to see they way they limit you. When you are liberated from these limiting self made stories you open greater space for union withon yourself and with the divine.
There are so many reasons to practice yoga, trust the calling if you feel this path is for you.
