Many women feel unsure about attending a self-defence workshop because they don't know what to expect. That's why our Women's Self Defence Workshop is designed for everyday women of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds.

No experience is needed.

What You'll Learn
• Personal safety and awareness skills
• How to recognize and avoid danger
• Practical self-defence techniques
• How to stay calm and respond confidently under pressure

Our Goal
This workshop isn't about fighting. It's about empowering women with the awareness, confidence, and skills to feel safer in everyday life.
