If you want results, do the basics really, REALLY

and again...and again.

We totally get it's fun to switch things up in your workouts to stay engaged and that's great!
Just keep in mind that sometimes the fancy stuff isn't what gets you results you may be looking for. Whereas staying consistent with the basic, foundational, mostly compound and some accessory movements will help you continually get stronger and undeviating physical results.

We like to keep it interesting for our brains, and our members while also progressing. You can achieve this through different variations of the foundational exercises.

Here are a few ways you can make the same exercise a bit different:

⭐Programming: sets, rep range, tempo

⭐Change up the equipment: cable machine, barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, band ect.

⭐Stance: bilateral (both legs), staggered stance, unilateral (single leg)

Workouts can be both fun and potent! Try the above tips, or just rock up to class with us and all the thinking is done for you 😜

What actually works?
CONSISTENCY.

The tiny habit of showing up every day (even if you’re tired, cranky, or just can’t be bothered) is what adds up to real, lasting change.

It’s not about going hard, it’s about coming back. Again and again. So this week, aim for consistency over intensity.
