Bar & Gaming attendant - VIC gaming license required
Food and beverage attendant - Experience is desirable but not essential
Duty Manager - Gaming / Supervisor - Experience necessary required

Role Responsibility and duties:
Food & beverage attendant - 2x roles available 10 to 30 hours
Preparing and dispensing beverages
Table service
Attending to enquiries from our customers
Interacting with our guests
General Cleaning and maintenance
Food running
Bar and Gaming - 2x roles available 10 to 30 hours per week
Managing gaming functions within the venue
Monitoring gaming operations within the venue
Maintaining compliance and responsible gaming practices
Day to day operations of a gaming room
Cash handling proficiency
Preparing beverages
Duty Manager - Gaming / Supervisor - Experience required, 15 to 38 hours per week
Maintain a sound knowledge of venue products, services, activities, and promotions
Ability to multi task
Supervise small team
Beverage service
Gaming service
Tils & safe reconciliation
Basic computer skills
Continual compliance associated with running a licensed venue
Cook/Chef- 2x Casual roles available from 10 to 30 hours per week
Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas.
The following qualifications are desirable:
• Current Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RSG)
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
• Victorian Gaming License
• Food handler’s certificate
• Commercial cooking qualification
