PRE-EVENT TRAINING BOOKING @ Mildura Waves Aquatic & Leisure Centre - 2027 Victorian Country LC Swimming & Diving Championships

Clubs, this one is for you! Make sure to get in quick to secure your pre-event training lanes with Mildura Waves.
Lanes are available in the Competition Pool from 1pm onwards on Friday 15th January.

Clubs will be required to pay a lane hire fee. Swimmers will get free entry into the facility if the club has a booking.

CLUB MARQUEE ALLOCATION REQUEST FORM | 2027 Victorian Country LC Swimming & Diving Championships - Mildura

This form will be closing on Wednesday 6th January, 2027 at 5pm. Strictly no late requests will be allowed as the site map will be getting finalised.
- Most club marquees will be located at the back of the centre, on both grassed and concreted areas.
- Tent pegs are strictly NOT allowed. All marquees will still be required to be secure - this is your club's responsibility to provide weights. Taps are available to use water jugs for weights.
- Marquees can be assembled from 3pm - 7pm on Friday 15th January. Strictly no clubs are allowed in early to erect tents as we need clear access to bring in necessary meet infrastructure.
- Marquees to be lowered each night.
- No cars are allowed to drive on site. Marquees can be dropped at the entrance gate.
- You will be met by a Mildura Swimming Club volunteer who will show you where to set up your marquee.
- Each club area will be clearly marked.
- All clubs may not get their request approved. We have a limited area for club marquees. Approval is based on how much room we have in the grounds, grandstand seating allocation for your club and the number of your club swimmers attending.

Entries are now open on Swim Central for the 2027 Victorian Country LC Swimming & Diving Championships!

This event will be held at Mildura Waves Aquatic & Leisure Centre from 16-18 January 2027.
We are excited to be offering, for the first time ever at a LC Country Championships, free entry to all spectators!

Mildura Swimming Club is looking forward to welcoming you all to Mildura in 4-months.

On behalf of Gippsland Swimming we would like to thank all the clubs that came down to Gippsland for the Country SC Championships.

Together as a community, we were able to support our regional swimmers. Whether you have 2 swimmers, or 20 swimmers, every club is valued and we appreciate the effort you went to to make it down.

We love that you have come along and supported others, to give those smaller clubs swimmers a chance to compete against some fantastic competition that they don't always get to experience on such a regular basis.

You had a chance to catch up with other swimmers, meet and chat. The atmosphere at Countries is the best atmosphere you will ever have at a championship meet. People cheer. They laugh and they have a lot of fun and they make friends, someone to talk to at States in marshalling when they feel overwhelmed there with so many strange faces.

The strength of Countries is all of our rural clubs believing in each other and supporting each other. For our young swimmers this is such an important stepping stone for them.

25 of the 32 clubs went home with points on the board for having a top 8 finish which is pretty amazing. It shows the depth we have out here.

So thank you. We will see to help support our regional swimmers in Mildura in January
