What made you go into the fitness industry?
I wanted to work within a space I loved to wake up for. I also wanted something that complemented boxing

What is your favourite exercise?
Besides boxing - Push ups

What is the craziest thing you have seen in the gym?
Mmm craziest thing I have seen? The list is huge... one time there was a guy who only ever lifted max weight, everytime he trained, but he only did quarter reps the entire session. For every session.

What is a song that get you pumped up for the gym?
Eye of the tiger, hands down

What is your coffee order?
Double expresso, no sugar, because I'm sweet enough.

Ben once again delivered quality rounds and came away with the win, consistency and hard work paying off 👊🏼

Egemen boxed a great fight against his opponent, but unfortunately the judges didn't see it that way this time. Still, the reward for all the travel, fights, and time he's put in over the past 6 months is showing every time he steps in the ring 🙌🏼

So proud of both my boys tonight, the future's looking strong. Let's bring on Tyler and Eg's fights tomorrow 🔥
