Two different sessions that I did seated shoulder press on the road to hit 100kg. Only really recording the heavier sets.

Have not been focusing on shoulder press for a while, so my first goal is to reach atleast a single rep of 100kg, while recording some videos of my progress along the way.

Will then have a heavy focus on another goal after completing this one.

I am offering affordable online coaching to anyone who is interested in improving their general health, strength, nutrition and mobility. I currently have over 6 years of registered coaching experience.

My coaching package includes:
- Personalised training programs for any level of fitness and any amount of equipment, whether you train at the gym or at home.

Hey all! I'm going to start doing some short-form videos of exercise tutorials and common mistakes in performing certain exercises.

This one is for the Strict Standing Barbell Shoulder Press, my favorite shoulder exercise, as it allows you to use a relatively heavy amount of weight. I focus on controlled reps with a full range of motion, with the bar resting on my upper chest at the bottom of the movement. The video goes over some common mistakes when doing this exercise, such as wrist position, bracing and bar path.
