Double header weekend recap

Night 1: Tolmer Speedway, Bordertown (Friday) – SA State Series (rescheduled Round 1)

Heat 1: Started P1, finished P6
Heat 2: Started P10, finished P8
Unfortunately, we had a failed crankshaft seal and didn’t have enough time to fix it before the B Main. We decided not to risk further damage, so we packed up for the night.

Night 2: Borderline Speedway (Saturday)

Heat 1: Started P3, finished P2
Heat 2: Started P6, finished P3
Dash: Started P3, finished P4
A Main: Started P4, finished P6

After dropping back to 13th in the A Main, Deez drove well to come back through the field and finished 6th.

Two huge nights at Mount Gambier as a support class for the 410 Sprintcar Australian Title.
After chasing a fuel system gremlin for both nights, we threw a few more things at it after the last heat and rolled Deez out for the feature.
And just like that, the car felt like its old self again.
He started 16th and drove it forward to finish 10th.

A massive thanks to Jason Bolitho for jumping in and lending a hand all weekend. He travelled over to watch the title and barely got to see it, so we truly appreciate the effort.

Huge congratulations to Borderline Speedway for hosting a cracking event, and a big thank you to the Thorne's for having us and for all the support over the weekend.

Murray Bridge season opener recap....

We had a night to forget with a series of mechanical failures. A massive thanks to Jabba for his help all night to try and sort the car out. We have ordered a heap of new parts and we will be ready to go again shortly.
