LADIES YOU HAVE TO LIFT

If you’re heading towards 40, 50, 60 this is one of the best things you can do to improve your quality of life and fight the aging process. 💃

After 30, we lose 3-5% of our muscle mass every decade and this is accumulative. 📉
With muscle loss you become weaker, more fragile and less capable each decade to continue to do the physical things you enjoy.

Osteopenia, falls and broken bones 🦼 reduce your quality of life 😞and reduce your health span, and are likely to quickly age you if any bed rest is lengthy. 🛌

You also need waaaay more protein 🍗because you’re less anabolic to weight training stimulus.
But that’s another story…

Muscle mass keeps your skin looking tighter too! It gives you shape when gravity starts to takes hold. 🩱

There’s lots to be gained by hitting the iron. 🏋🏼‍♀️
