l health and fitness and love working with mums and babies! Kangatraining is a babywearing workout specifically designed to help you restrengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles following pregnancy and birth. Kangatraining is postnatal safe, which means you can start as early as 6 weeks if you’ve had a vaginal birth or 12 weeks for a c-section. It’s also a great way to meet other local mums in the area, make some new friends and develop some great support networks. There is no age limit for babies as long as every mother participating in Kangatraining can wear their baby safely and comfortably. Older siblings are also welcome to come along too.
