K.O. Fitness is centrally located on the Gold Coast at Miami.

You will find us situated behind Mikes Bikes 1926 Gold Coast Highway. I believe our gym has a highly specialized training team, one of whom will be perfectly suited to your fitness needs. All of our trainers instruct regular fitness classes and are available for personal training sessions. The Gold Coast T.A.F.E. chooses K.O. Fitness trainers to instruct its students studying for a Personal Traine

At K.O. Fitness Miami we have a fully equipped weight training area located downstairs, you will also find our cardio area comprising of treadmills, bikes, rowing machines and more. You will find the boxing area located upstairs where all classes are held, these include boxing, kickboxing boxfit and kettlebell. Just pop in to the gym, pick up the phone, or, send us an email, we don’t bite (although the next day it might feel like we do – if we have done our job). There is no need to get fit before you come to my gym, our staff are welcoming, and our members are friendly locals of all sizes and ages ranging from 10 -85. It is an old school, down to earth, sweatshop, without pretence. Our membership pricing is realistic, without joining fees or contracts, and, I believe we offer what must be the best value on the Gold Coast. I look forward to seeing you soon. Dan McGrail
