Full-time Plumber Joshua Lost 12 kgs before his marriage.

He always dreamed of looking the best on his wedding day,
But his real issue was accountability.

He could not sustain consistency.

He would start for a week and then give up.

He desperately wanted someone to give him a jumpstart and make him accountable to achieve his dream body.

What is an insulin and sugar spike?

High glycemic foods result in a quick spike in insulin and blood sugar (also known as blood glucose). Low glycemic foods have a slower, smaller effect.

According to Harvard health, "choosing low glycemic foods can curb blood sugar spikes and lower risk of diabetes".

If you have diabetes, you know that when you eat some carbohydrates, your blood sugar is impacted.

And the food you eat effects this. For example, a serving of white rice has similar result as eating pure table sugar, a quick, high spike in blood sugar, whilst having lentils has a slower, smaller effect.

Therefore, choosing good sources of carbs can help you control your blood sugar and your weight. Eating healthier carbohydrates may help prevent or remove a condition, like diabetes.

Check out these swaps for lowering glycemic index:

Instead of this high glycemic index food > eat this lower glycemic index food

White rice > Brown rice or converted rice

Instant oatmeal > Steel-cut oats

Cornflakes > Bran flakes

Baked potato > Pasta, bulgur

White bread > Whole-grain bread

Corn > Peas or leafy greens

Repeat an action long enough and you will see results 👉

And the more you do something the better you get at it.

I've been in the gym for more than 10 years and I can tell you I'm still learning and growing.

Don't quit just because you can't see the results NOW.

I promise you in time your body, your performance and you will change.

This client was struggling with lowering her body fat % but with the help of Nashaat zone she was able to go from 20-25% body fat to 15%

Although she was training and eating clean she needed to boost her performance and alter some eating habits to achieve the aesthetic she was looking for

Burn fat and build muscle! [Read how ⬇️]

Our program combines expert fitness and nutrition knowledge to create the best programs for our clients.

The proof is in the picture. Our client was able to shred stubborn belly fat while building lean muscle.

Omar struggled to develop a steady routine due to his demanding work and busy lifestyle

Despite this he tried his absolute best to commit to his nutrition goals and stay active, following an exercise program.
