Congratulations to all of our athletes who proudly represented Gold Coast Athletics Club at the Queensland Athletics State Cross Country Relays 2026!

🥉 U12 Girls A – 3rd (Kendall, Indie & Ariana)
👏 U12 Girls B – 5th (Alba, Sofia & Hosanna)
💪 U12 Boys – 8th

A fantastic effort from every athlete who competed. Thank you to our coaches, officials and families for your continued support. We're incredibly proud of the way our athletes represented the club and look forward to the rest of the cross country season.

After a full day of learning, collaboration, and sharing ideas at the LAQ Conference, it’s time to swap the notebooks for neon colours as we throw it back to the 80s for tonight’s Annual Awards Dinner!

A fantastic opportunity to celebrate the incredible volunteers, centres, and individuals who make Little Athletics possible across Queensland.

We can’t wait to see who takes home the awards and enjoy a fun night with the wider Little Athletics community. 🎉

Our team has arrived at the LAQ Conference alongside Centre Managers and committee members from clubs across the South Coast region.

Over the next two days, we’ll be collaborating with fellow volunteers and Little Athletics leaders from across Queensland, sharing ideas, learning best practices, and discussing ways to continue improving the Little Athletics experience for all athletes and families.

We look forward to bringing back new ideas and insights to help our centre continue to grow and thrive.

💙 It takes a community to make our club great!

From Friday night competitions to club events, coaching, officiating, and athlete development — none of it happens without our amazing volunteers and committee members.

Our AGM will be held on Tuesday, 26th May at 6pm at the Clubhouse, where the new committee will be elected.
