Breathwork: Release + Sound Bath | R U OK? Day

Join Emma for a free community class in recognition of R U OK? Day. Open to everyone, whether you've done breathwork before or you're walking in completely new to it.

Breathwork is one of the most accessible tools we have for our mental health, and one of the few that lets us take conscious control of a system that otherwise runs on autopilot. This Class - Breathwork: Release, uses connected circular breathing, which deliberately upregulates the nervous system first. We build charge, we turn the volume up, and we give everything that's been sitting in the body somewhere to go.

We'll finish in a sound bath so your system has proper time to integrate, and you leave feeling like your floating on a cloud!

This session is completely free for both members and non-members. Grab a spot, bring a friend - or send this to someone who needs it.
