So I’m really feeling the “if Thai chi, Yoga and Martial Arts had a baby” vibe.
I’m currently teaching flow. They’re classes that have been curated with Breathwork, Meditation, Strength, Power, Delivery, Balance and Cleansing, in mind.
It has become quite the deep kind of dance for the mind and body as we bring all of these elements together, each one-part speaking gently, kindly, lovingly to the other, creating what feels like good conversation, creating song inside of us.

We can’t always be dancing in sunshine. At times there’s plenty of rain. It’s necessary, for change, it’s necessary for growth. So remember, when you’re tired, cranky and want to throw it all in the bin. “Just get out there and dance”. Because if you don’t dance in the rain, You might just miss your chance to dance”.

Tonight one year ago I was still cleaning, still organising, tightening screws and moving furniture, organising computer stuff and an eftpos machine etc. At 11.30pm I started the last part of a letterbox drop that I finished at about 1:30am. At 5am tomorrow morning on the 1st of September 2020, I opened my very first yoga studio. This year has been filled with such extreme emotions. Mega highs and lows, we’ve survived a year of a pandemic throwing us around and I’ve met some of the most truly incredible people. I set out to create a safe place, a place to bare your scars, to shed your tears, to hurt, to feel, to turn inward with support and learn how to LOVE YOURSELF again.
I wanted to create a place where people from all avenues of life could cast any type background or history aside and build friendships and futures.
I wanted to create a community of people that helped each other just because it’s a good thing to do. I wanted to help people find their light. And through all of this something very special something so profound happened…
I found my light and each day I find and learn more and more…

Tomorrow Insync yoga celebrates her first lap around the sun. This beautiful bittersweet journey has filled my heart to its absolute fullest. I’ve had the pleasure of bearing my heart and soul to those who have shared this journey with me and I really want to say the EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU has made this dream a reality.

And so I thank you. Thank you for letting me INSYNC YOGA into your lives and letting us make a difference, thank you for sharing, thank you for your continuous encouragement and support and backing us all the way! Thank you for giving a s**t about your big picture, about the whole big picture ❤️
