So with our first 10 week challenge completed for the year, our next one is now upon us. We are ready to take places again for our second round of 2019.
We have 15 to 20 spots and available and would love to help you achieve your goals this year!!

Ladies and Gents.....who is ready for our next upcoming 10 week fitness challenge?
Monday 28th April the fun begins!!!
Time to get fit, have some fun and push yourselves to new levels.
Session times will be:
Mon, Wed, Fri: 9.30am, 4pm and 5pm
Tues, Thurs: 4.45am, 5.30am
Sat: 5am
Sessions include: strength, endurance, kettlebells, tryes, boxing and more.
* Fitness tests
* Measurements
* Weekly weigh ins
* Nutritional plan, support and guidance
*Access to our private fb group discussion page
*5 Day Detox n debloat program
*Fun, fun and more fun.


So let's get on board and come give it go guys. See what results you can achieve in 10 weeks and come smashing through to a new you for 2019.
All you need is a great attitude, be willing to give it a go and commit to 10 weeks of fun with like minded individuals.

Sunday Funday or is it Sunday Prepday!

I know in our busy household utilising Sunday as a reset for the week ahead sets me up for a productive and effective week and ensures I have everything in place to succeed!

Here’s some great hacks to plan for your success!

✅ Review your goals.

✅ Add to your calendar 📅 when you will get your daily training in.

✅ Create the meal 🥘 plan for the week ahead, so all tough decisions on what to eat have been made prior.

✅ Food shop and ensure you have the right food to execute your meal plan.

✅ Revisit your goals to see if the above is congruent and inline with your goals.

Remember, your nutrition is key when it comes to achieving your goals. You can train multiple times a day, everyday of the week but if you don't have your nutrition on point your success won't be as amazing as you hope.

Sometimes it's a struggle to find time to fit my own training in around everything I do...but it doesn't matter if you only have 15 minutes spare in a day you just have to make sure you make the time to move....and if 15 minutes is all you can spare then make sure you smash it and keep moving towards a better you.
I russled up an hour today to get out in the open air and jumped on the bike (probably mad in 35 degree heat) and got it done.
Making time for yourself is imperative... helps you get through your day, helps you deal with life and the grind and stress of the daily routine and your working on your health and wellness each day too. You owe it to yourself....you only have one body...so make it the best one you can!!

Please remember that you are one of the strongest people walking this planet.

During that process your body changed in ways that won’t ever go back. But it also PROVED how insanely powerful you are and any marks it left behind are reminders of a miracle.

You’re not a college girl in a bikini on spring break. So what?! You are a woman with battle scars and should have the confidence in what you’ve achieved.

Your job isn’t to get your “body back” and that shouldn’t be your motivation. Your motivation should be to show your child what it means to take care of their body now. The body you sacrificed so much to create. Lead by example. Show them just what a superhero Mom really is.
