This week felt like it was all about getting the steps in 😅… and a bit of work in between.

Right now it’s about rebuilding routine, focusing on consistency first, then gradually increasing output (hello, steps 👣).

I know when I decide to do something, I give it everything. But I’m also learning that balance matters, taking the pressure off when things don’t go perfectly instead of forcing it.

Because honestly, a better week (or even a better month) is usually just a few small wins away. Start with one or two things done right, and build from there.

Year after year.

It’s a wonder the mind is now a little like hey can we do something else 😅 Whatever I decide, I know I earnt this and hopefully we can make it stick around or build on this.
