A family of 5 from Newcastle Australia.John, Sarah, Hayden, Brandyn and Jaxon. For over 25 years we have been involved in our sport. It all started many moons ago ,when Johnny was introduced to the sport by his older Brothers Joel and Ben. Later joined the local Bodyboard Club which kicked off his competition side. In 1999 Johnny took out the Mens Regional Titles, NSW State round and later that ye

ar became the Mens National Champ. The pinnacle would have to be in 2003 when he was crowned the Australian Bodyboard Tour Champion and to this day is still Competing in The Newcastle Bodyboard Club, NSW State Titles and the ABA TOUR. In-between family life and surfing, we have been lucky enough to work and travel with Mike Stewart, and opened up our D5 store in 2011. The store has aloud us to support many riders and clubs up and down the coast and we are always looking for ways to keep pushing forward! In August 2017 our family of 5 was awarded " The Spirit Of Bodyboarding " by Surfing Australia and Surfing NSW and to top it of our Boys became National Champions too. Hayden was crowned the U'16's National Champ and his younger brother Brandyn was crowned the U'14's National Champ and the old boy Johnny just missed out placing 2nd in the opens division. Bodyboarding Competitively is just a small part of it ,most of all we're all about having fun ! . Look out for Jaxon in the coming years as he is already tearing up the waves at just 7 years of age!
