Mentone Chess Club

Mentone Chess Club Just your typical chess club. We meet from 7pm at the Mentone Activity Hub, 29 Venice Street, Mentone.

If you enjoy staring at a board of 64 black and white squares, and moving pieces around under the pressure of a ticking clock, then come and join us. Mentone Chess Club meets on Thursday evenings from 7pm till 10.30pm. We have both scheduled tournaments with ACF rated games, as well as casual nights. Club strength ranges from 1200 to 2000 ACF, but we welcome everyone, from beginner to master.
