With the final siren sounding on the last of our games yesterday, we wanted to say a big thanks to the entire SBMT community for another massive year.
To all the players from Under 8s to Seniors that pulled on the red, blue and gold in season 2026 with pride and passion, and those that gave up their time to coach, assist, take on trainer duties and team manage our players at training and on match days: thank you.
To the SBMT families and supporters who were there in any weather, with a grin, travelling home and away (not to mention finding missing mouthguards): thank you.
To those who have volunteered their time to help out, clean up, cut up oranges, run dinners, mark grounds, and done a shift on the barbie or behind the bar: thank you.
To our board and committees who give up their free time planning, organising, doing whatever is required to ensure our club runs smoothly: thank you.
And finally to our sponsors who we are extremely grateful for the funds and services you provide our club: thank you. Whilst we will thank you in a future post, it'd be remiss not to mention you here, too!
