First weekend of spring brought showers. The bay was flat in the morning with a gusty north wind before storms rolled in. Water temperature 13C. Good swim with all the usual crew plus a few new faces. Busy @ Chain of Fools afterwards 🏊🏼‍♂️🏊‍♀️☕️🙂

Last swim for winter in Melbs. Water temperature up a little bit each week now. 12C today in calm but murky conditions after rain last night. Good to see more regular swimmers return. And well done to those who pushed through the cold winter months 🏊🏼‍♂️🏊‍♀️ ☕️🙂

Rainbows & lollipops this morning. Water temperature 11.9C with a stiff WNW wind & good visibility. We swam through a rain squall on the way back. All good stuff for the cold water crew 🌈 🏊🏼‍♂️🏊‍♀️☕️🙂

11.4C winter swim in calm conditions. A bit murky underwater & grey above but still good fun. Three speed & distance groups with social coffee afterwards. Every Saturday @ 8:00am 🏊🏼‍♂️🏊‍♀️ ☕️🙂

Cracking winter swim with guest appearance by Terry the giant stingray. Water temperature 11.3C with visibility 8/10. Cold, clear & calm. Good turn out for coffee @ Chain of Fools afterwards 🌅🧊🏊🏼‍♂️🏊‍♀️☕️🙂

10.5C swim in cold, calm & clear conditions. The bay was like glass under a big blue sky. Perfect for the cold water crew. Still a brave few with no wetsuit. Warmer in the water than out. Every Saturday morning @ 8:00am 🌅🧊🏊🏼‍♂️🏊‍♀️☕️🙂
