Here's a quick KB workout to kick off 2026 (and let you know I'm still alive)
15 min EMOM
30 sec of KB
1. Swings
2. Single arm clean + press
3. Single arm shoulder press
4. Other arm c +P
5. Other arm press
+10 push ups
X 3 full rounds
I added a 30/10 plank/mountain climber/ burpees for 3 rounds mini core/anaerobic set.
