Join Helen for a fun and athletic mat workout with Pilates Ball and Roller challenging all planes of movement.
Very much a hands-on practitioner, Helen approaches her sessions with passion and conviction to get the best out of every client.
She loves the challenge of working with elite athletes, sportspeople and gymnasts - trying to help them get an edge. She loves learning and analysing their sport and coming up with different Pilates exercises to complement their base training.
Experience and explore Helen’s creative flows in this class.

As we countdown the end of 2021 - here are some highlights of the year that was! A big thankyou to all my wonderful clients and staff for making the most of a tumultuous year!🙏
Highlights of the year included

•I celebrated my 50th bday 🎉

•The business turned 14 👏

•16 weeks of closure due to Covid - resulting in teaching online classes on zoom ✅

•Olympic fever - with some of our clients smashing out PB’s and an Olympic medal!

•Affiliation and teaching corporate sports groups - basketball 🏀 team
