🧡 Celebrating 2 Incredible Years🧡

Two years ago, after a little break, this amazing woman walked back through the doors of Melton Personal Training—and what a two years it has been!

These past two years have been filled with personal growth, learning, laughter, friendships, challenges and plenty of moments where she's had to remind herself to prioritise HERSELF amongst the beautiful chaos of mum life.

She's learnt to listen to what her body is asking of her, to trust herself and, perhaps most importantly, shifted her mindset from "I'm not sure I can" to "Let's give it a go!"💪

And now, on top of everything else she juggles, she's taken on the challenge of furthering her education. Because apparently life wasn't busy enough! 😂

There really is nothing this woman can't do.

What I love most is that while she's been working on herself, she's continued to encourage and support everyone around her. She's there for the laughs, the good times, the not-so-fun times and everything in between.

It's been an absolute privilege—and a whole lot of fun—to ride alongside her and watch her grow, both physically and personally.

She is one of those people you feel incredibly grateful to have in your life, and we are certainly grateful to have her as part of our

🧡 Celebrating 4 Incredible Years — Our Superwoman! 🧡

When I grow up, I want to be like this superwoman! 😂💪

Today we're celebrating 4 years at Melton Personal Training for one very special member who continues to inspire me in so many ways.

She gives Everything a Go.
She shows up.
She keeps pushing herself outside her comfort zone and, somewhere along the way, she graduated from hiding in the corner to becoming one confident, courageous woman who absolutely owns her space.

She even took on our Health and Fitness Retreat... and let's just say she showed the rest of us up! 😂🙌

But beyond the training, the milestones and the confidence she's built, what makes her truly special is the person she is.

Her can-do attitude, persistence, kindness, support, friendship and incredible sense of community are qualities I admire more than I can put into words.

She is the person who gets behind others, celebrates their wins, encourages them when things are tough and reminds us that we're all in this together.

She is, quite simply, "one hell of a human".

I am incredibly proud of how far you've come and genuinely inspired by you every single day. Thank you for being such an important part of the Melton PT family and for showing us all what can happen when you keep showing up and believe in yourself.

🧡 Celebrating 2 Incredible Years 🧡

Two years can seem like a short amount of time… but when you look at the journey this amazing woman has been on, **so much has changed.**

Two years of building strength.
Two years of trusting the process.
Two years of discovering a whole new level of "self-confidence" and "self-pride".

Those who know her would have noticed her personal growth, but I've been incredibly lucky to witness so much more—the "physical, personal and emotional growth" that has happened along the way.

She is kind, supportive and resilient, and she has learnt to trust herself and the process, even when things haven't gone exactly to plan.

And when her back decided to say **"NOPE!"**… she showed it who was boss! 😂💪

What makes this journey so special isn't simply what she can physically do now. It's watching her belief in herself grow and seeing her recognise just how capable and strong she truly is.

As a trainer, there is no greater privilege than being trusted to walk alongside someone through that journey. To witness the moments of doubt, the breakthroughs, the challenges and the celebrations is something I never take for granted.

I feel incredibly grateful that I get to be part of her story and watch this beautiful woman continue to grow into the strongest and most confident version of herself.

🧡 Celebrating 5 Years of This Lifting Queen 🧡

Today we celebrate 5 incredible years with this amazing woman—and honestly, the word proud doesn't even seem to come close.

She has to be one of the most determined people I have ever met. When most people would have given up, she has dug her heels in and kept going. And not just once… time and time again.

Her journey hasn't been an easy one. She's faced PCOS, insulin resistance and other personal health challenges, all while working towards an ultimate personal goal that I have absolutely no doubt she will achieve.

What inspires me most is the sheer amount of time, effort, money, energy and pride she has invested into her health and wellbeing. She has continued to choose herself, even when the journey has been frustrating, exhausting and incredibly challenging.

And over these past few months, we've finally seen her move that little bit closer to where she wants to be. Watching those changes happen after everything she has worked through has been pretty damn special.

I remember the days when she was physically clawing her way up the stairs to get into the gym. Fast forward to now, and she's lifting, kicking goals and continuing to push herself towards that next chapter.

That isn't just physical strength.
That's resilience. That's determination. That's character.

I feel truly honoured that she chose me and Melton Personal Training to be part of this journey with her. Five years in, and this adventure is far from over.

I'm ridiculously proud of you, and I genuinely cannot wait to see what the next phase of your life brings.

Here's to the next chapter, the next goal and all the incredible things still to come. 🧡💪

🧡 Celebrating Growth, Courage & One Incredible Year🧡

Some people walk through the doors of Melton Personal Training and it feels like they've always been part of the family. This amazing woman is definitely one of them.

She's been with us for just over a year, but it honestly feels like she's been part of our for so much longer.

I've never met anyone quite like her. I absolutely love her approach to health and fitness, with overall wellbeing, lifestyle and becoming the best version of herself; always front and centre.

But what I've loved most is watching her discover just how strong she really is.

Last year, she stepped completely outside her comfort zone and joined us for our "Adventure on the Coast Wellness Retreat" and something truly special happened.

She arrived in her "cocoon" and blossomed into the most courageous and confident butterfly. 🦋

The personal growth and self-confidence that came bursting out of her was incredible to witness. It was like a fire had been lit inside her—a realisation that prioritising herself wasn't selfish or something she should feel guilty about.

This little pocket rocket has an inner strength that you don't come across very often. The beautiful thing is that I don't think she truly knew just how much strength she had until she gave herself permission to find it.

THIS is what health and fitness means to us at Melton PT.

It's not simply about how you look. It's about how you feel, grow, live and believe in yourself.

I, for one, am just so fricken proud of her and everything she's achieved in such a short time. 🧡

Congratulations on just over a year with us. I'm incredibly grateful to have witnessed your journey so far—and I'm even more excited to see what comes next.

🧡 **Celebrating 6 Incredible Years** 🧡

Today we're celebrating another amazing member who has been part of the Melton Personal Training family for **6 years**.

They say **good things come in small packages**, and that couldn't be more true for this incredible woman.

She travels the furthest of all our members to train with us. It would be easy to let the distance become an excuse, but instead, she continues to show up week after week, proving that when your health matters, you'll find a way.

Living with **Type 1 diabetes**, she demonstrates incredible resilience and self-awareness every day. She's also a passionate advocate for Type 1 diabetes, helping to educate others and raise awareness. She has taken the time to teach our team how we can best support her if it's ever needed, and that level of trust is something we never take for granted. It's a privilege to be part of her journey.

Of course, it wouldn't be her without a little cheekiness! She loves a bit of banter, is always trying to convince us to swap the gym for a pub meal every now and then, and keeps us laughing along the way. Her adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors inspire us all to get out, explore and make the most of every experience.

Over the past six years, she's become so much more than a member. She's a valued friend, a wonderful supporter of our community and a reminder that investing in your health allows you to keep living life to the fullest.

Congratulations on **6 incredible years**. Thank you for your friendship, your humour, your trust and your unwavering commitment to your health. We are so grateful you're part of the Melton PT family.
