🔥💪 WEEKLY RECAP — the mats have been BUSY!

It might be freezing outside, but in here? HEAT. Everyone’s been showing up, putting in the work, and leveling up all week. ❄️➡️🔥

This Sunday is a BIG one: our all-female team make their debut Resilience Training Centre for the first Women’s Quintet hosted by Bamboo Dojo Quintet
Come bring the noise and back the squad! 🫶

Our No Gi classes have been going off every Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30pm — fast rounds, big energy, and that “one more roll” vibe. 🤼‍♀️💪

And on the other side of the mats (same days, same time), Striking has been keeping it fierce and fun — sharp combos, loud pads, good laughs.

Friday nights? FAFO. Whether you’re sparring or rolling, this is the night we play — hard rounds, strong teammates, and the best kind of chaos. 😈🥊🥋

Friday Night Sparring 🥊💪

Friday nights at our gym are for our members, affiliates and visitors. Whether you're a grappler or striker – come down to drill, spar, roll, or just hang out with the crew. 🫶

Our Open Mat is the perfect opportunity to sharpen your grappling and striking skills, especially if you're training for MMA. It's all about getting those extra reps in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Weekly Schedule:

➡️ Jits – Monday to Thursday nights

➡️ Striking & MMA – Tuesday & Thursday nights
