Empower Jiu Jitsu - Melton Wedge Park Primary School Gym Cambrian Way Melton West. For enquiries regarding lesson times etc ple Jiu-Jitsu is a Japanese Art of Self Defence.

It is an all-round style, encompassing aspects of Karate, Boxing, Aikido, Judo, Wrestling, weapons defence, locking techniques and much more. It is taught to Police and Special Defence forces throughout the World, and is considered the most complete self-defence style. It is the foundation of Mixed Martial Arts made popular through the Ultimate Fighting Championships and MMA. Shindo Kan Jiu Jitsu

provides expert tuition to trainees at all levels, ages and physical abilities in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere while maintaining the seriousness required for real life self defence. Emphasis is on improving the physical coordination, endurance, speed, strength and flexibility of the body while building awareness, personal discipline, confidence and respect. All instructors possess vast skills, knowledge and experience across a variety of Martial Arts Disciplines and are accredited by the World Ju-Jitsu Federation.
