This is why I love what I do. ❤️

It’s always difficult when kids leave the academy, but receiving letters and messages like this reminds me exactly why I come to work every day — to make a positive difference in the lives of young people.

I’m extremely passionate about the way I coach and train kids because I genuinely want to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential. Yes, I can be strict at times, but it always comes from a place of care, love and wanting to see each player become the best version of themselves.

My goal has never been just about basketball. I want to help young athletes become better on the court and, more importantly, better people off the court — teaching them discipline, commitment, confidence, respect and the importance of hard work.

This message is dedicated to all the kids and parents I’ve had the privilege of working with throughout the 10 years I’ve been running my business.

Thank you for trusting me, allowing me to coach your children and giving me the opportunity to be part of their journey. I truly appreciate every training session, every conversation, every challenge and every special moment we’ve shared.
