Jack Walker Re-Signs
One of our joint captains, a two-time premiership player and premiership captain, Jack Walker will return in 2027.
A product of the Bloodbank, Jack has progressed through our junior and senior ranks and continues to set the standard both on and off the field. Respected by teammates, coaches and the wider football community, his leadership, professionalism and competitiveness make him an invaluable part of our program.
With a proud family history at the club and a deep connection to the Bloods, we're thrilled to have Jack continuing the journey and driving us towards further success in 2027.

A terrific individual achievement Kyle Borg finishing 8th in the Henderson Medal voting for 2026.
Back-to-back Top 10 league vote finishes is a testament to Kyle's consistency, work rate and impact across the season.

Congratulations to Laura Tillman on an outstanding season, finishing Equal Runner-Up in the BFNL E-Grade Best & Fairest with 31 votes.

Laura's consistency, determination and team-first approach have been a standout all year. A fantastic achievement and thoroughly deserved recognition for all the hard work put in throughout the season.

EXCITING NEWS — BILLY CROFTS IS RETURNING HOME TO THE BLOODS 🩸

One of our home-grown talents, Billy came through our junior and senior programs before progressing to the VFL with Geelong and, more recently, the Footscray Bulldogs.

His time at Footscray was highlighted by an outstanding 2025 season, where he became a premiership player, won the club’s Best & Fairest and was named as one of the club’s captains.

While our supporters got a small taste of Billy’s quality during 2026, we’re incredibly excited to now have him fully involved in our program moving forward.

Billy’s return strengthens our club both on and off the field, and we look forward to seeing one of our own continue his journey in Bloods colours.

SCOBLE RE-SIGNS FOR 2027 🩸

We’re excited to announce that premiership coach Troy Scoble has re-signed as Senior Coach for the 2027 season.

We’re incredibly fortunate to have a coach with Troy’s experience and proven success across all levels of football.

Troy has a strong track record of developing players, building successful teams and creating a winning culture, and he will continue to be a huge asset to the Bloods.

With the opportunity to coach in one of the best competitions in the state, Troy relishes the challenge ahead and has a strong belief in our playing group.

Most importantly, Troy is passionate about helping our players grow, develop and achieve success both individually and as a team.

We encourage everyone to jump on board and be part of the journey in 2027 as Troy leads the Bloods into another exciting season.

Week 31 last week and the rains started and finished an early day after race 8. Mr Walker(Dave) rode home the winners up until then to finish on $34.80 and take home the cash prize of $270.
Mal (Rocket) Allison was storming home and ensures me that she had the last 2 winners and would have finished on top, we will never know.............lol, Mal finished 2nd on $31 and receives a free tip into tomorrows punt and our first with TIPSPORT.

This week 32 this week in 2026 and we're racing at FLEMINGTON for a 10 race meeting that kicks off at 12.10 PM so tips in before they jump in the first.
"DOUBLE DIVIDEND" in race 10 keeps everyone in the race so keep tuned to the races during the day.
If you run 2nd on the day you will receive a free entry into the following weeks competition.
