Have you tried running but can only run a short distance before becoming exhausted?

We can help you with achieving these goals.
All we ask of you is to come down to the sessions and give it a go. Our commitment to you is to provide a safe, professional program that will have you running 5 km by the time you graduate.
Where: Bridge Rd Athletics track
When: commences on 29 March with 3 sessions a week. Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 7:30pm
