A strength day you can run with no coach watching.

Four lifts: squat, bench, row, Romanian deadlift. Four sets of five on the squat, the rest at six to eight reps, two minutes between the heavy sets. Every set stops with three reps left in you.

The whole thing is about 50 minutes including warm-up. Screenshot the last slide and use Import workout in BLES to bring it into your own app.

Your lifting app doesn’t know you ran today.

BLES was built because your lifts lived in one app, your runs in another and your food in a third. None of them talked to each other, so none of them could actually coach you.

BLES is one app for the whole thing:
• log every set, rest timer included
• track runs and rides with GPS
• snap a photo of your meal and it logs itself

Sign up and it builds your first week from five questions. Free to download, no card needed, and every feature is unlocked for your first week.

It’s live on iOS and Android. Lift, run, or both? Tell us in the comments, and share this with whoever you train with.

The app told me to add 2.5 kg. All I gave it was how the last set felt.

Logged set one at RPE 6. It came back with 82.5 kg for set two, and a reason. That is the loop: you log what happened, it does the arithmetic you would skip.

Then the week keeps going. Photograph the plate and BLES reads the calories and macros, three scans a day, free. Put in 10.7 miles and the pace lands on the same profile as 106,029 kg of volume.

Log your weight and it charts the 6.4 kg you have put on since January. At the end of the month it grades energy, protein and carbs against the training you logged, and tells you where you are heavy.

Six screens, one week, one account. Three separate apps can each do a piece of this. None of them can see the other two.
Free on iOS and Android.

Five questions. That is the whole setup.

What you want. How long you have trained.

How often, and where? Then the lifts you care about and your starting numbers, and you can skip any field you like.

BLES turns those answers into a 4-day Upper/Lower plan. 24 exercises, with sets, reps and rest times already in. No account needed until the last step.

Not a template with your name on it.

Get your own plan. Link in bio, free on iOS and Android.
