π₯ ποΈπ WELCOME TO TULLA, MASH KODAMULLAGE π΄π΅
Weβre extremely proud to announce the signing of Mash Kodamullage for the upcoming 2026/27 season.
A highly accomplished first-class cricketer and elite spin bowler, Mash brings a wealth of experience from both international and Victorian cricket pathways. Originally from Sri Lanka, Mash has played at the highest level as a First-Class player, while also being a member of the Sri Lankan National Spin Squad and Captain of the Sri Lankan University Team.
Since arriving in Australia, Mash has built an outstanding cricket resume. Most recently with Preston Cricket Club, he played a key role in their success, including being part of an undefeated Subbies Premiership side (North/East 1st XI 2024/25) and backing it up with a Runner-Up finish (North/South 1st XI 2025/26).
Individually, his performances speak for themselves β a VSDCA Player of the Year (North Group), Team of the Year selection, and finishing with the second most wickets across the competition. At club level, Mash has also taken out multiple top honours including the Lewin Rutenfelds Award (Most Valuable Player) and Graeme Mitchell Award (Leading Wicket Taker) at Preston.
Mash has also been involved in Victorian Premier Cricket as a 1st XI Pro Player with Greenvale Kangaroos, where he contributed both on-field and as an Assistant Spin Coach, highlighting his strong leadership and cricket IQ.
Off the field, Mash is equally impressive β an ICC Level 2 / Cricket Australia Accredited Coach, with coaching roles across Preston, Albury, Shepparton United and as Head Coach of DVCA U16, showing his commitment to developing the next generation.
A proven performer across multiple competitions, Mash has consistently featured among the best, including Top 3 in Albury/Wodonga 1st XI and Top 10 in the Shepparton Haisman Shield Cricketer of the Year.
Mash is a quality individual, a team-first player, and a leader, and we have no doubt he will play a major role both on and off the field as we continue building something special at Tulla.
We warmly welcome Mash, his wife Amali and daughter Alia to the Tullamarine Cricket Club family πβ€οΈ
