2019 ➡️ 2022

4 years I have been training ( with a baby in the middle).

It has 10000% been the best 4 years of my life. I don’t even know what I was doing prior to that.

No real goals, no real aspirations, no drive.

The girl on the left was totally caught up in diet culture, unsure how to train, what to eat or what she wanted out of life.

Training has given me so much more than just a few extra kgs of muscle.
It has impacted every single aspect of my life.
Doing hard things allows you to push harder at other tasks.
In my career in my home and in my relationships.

Self discipline IS self love 💕

5 YEARS OF COMPETING ✨⁣
2016 before I ever knew what the WBFF was ➡️ 2022 the day I won & turned Pro 🥇 ⁣
⚡️2017: 60 women on stage in my first ever show! I was hooked within seconds of getting up there 🤩 No Pro cards. ⁣
⚡️2018: 2nd in my 2nd ever show 🏆 LOVED my bikini/hair/makeup/shape. 1st place looked INSANE🔥 No Pro cards.⁣
⚡️2019 May: 3rd place! 1st place was unreal, Libby turned Pro & went on to win the Pro show 👑 It gets harder every year as everyone gets better & the shows get bigger 😍⁣
⚡️2019 October: 7th Place in the best condition of my life so far💪🏽 First ever NZ show, 2 Pro cards for my class.⁣
⚡️2020: Cancelled 6 weeks out - the world 🌎 shut down.⁣
⚡️2021: Couldn’t travel to compete ✈️ ⁣
⚡️2022: GC show in April was not my best for so many reasons & I knew it. 6th place in an incredible line up 🔥 Fast forward 8 months.. ⁣
WE DID IT 😭🏆 ⁣

YEARS of hard work, YEARS of visualising, YEARS of backing myself. It was never IF for me, it was WHEN. It wasn’t about the trophy or recognition but more so about proving to myself that anything is possible when you NEVER GIVE UP ♥️ I set out to become my best version of me, for me. I wanted to show my younger self as well as women around the world that you can transform, even go Pro naturally ✨ ⁣
