Victorian Women's Rowing Collective Victorian Women's Rowing Collective - bringing leading women in the Victorian Rowing community together through friendship to inform, network & support.

This initiative began in 2014 when Sue Chapman-Popa was having a conversation along the river bank with Jane Robinson in front of MUBC. Once the rowing aspect of the conversation finished the two began discussing how challenging it can be on at times to be a female working in this sport. They discussed getting the decision making women "currently in rowing" together, to meet each other, put some n

ames to some faces and take it from there. Since our first get together in 2014, we agreed that we will endeavor to facilitate a peer network, to information share and support Victorian women in leadership in our rowing community through friendship and action.
