We caught up with Wonders leaders Leanne Del Toso and Shelley Matheson ahead of the season to talk about what this team means to them, the athletes who make it what it is, and the community they’ve helped build.
 
This weekend, the Wonders head into the WNWBL Finals at the State Basketball Centre, but the meaning of this team goes well beyond what happens on court.
 
It’s the community, connection and relationships built throughout the season that make being a Wonder so special.
