This is sometimes tricky, and can be confusing for body positioning. We hope this helps you get set up comfortably in your next class!

This is Emily - and she really wants you to try Barre! 🧑‍🩰

Our clients know and love Em for her Barre classes, but she’s recently been a welcome addition to the reformer room.

What you might not see is everything that happens behind the scenes. Em is constantly working on her craft - jumping into classes herself, refining her teaching, and often popping into the studio in her own time to workshop new sequences and fine-tune her class plans.

It’s that dedication that makes every class feel thoughtful, energetic and genuinely fun. We love having Em on the team, and we know you will too ✨
