We met for the first time and became brother and sister for a lifetime. That’s the beauty of this bond — you don’t need years, you just need a pure heart.

You came all the way to visit us in Australia and gave us a relationship to cherish forever.

I am so proud to call an Arjuna Awardee, Olympian and World Champion - Anshu Malik my sister. You inspire not just on the mat, but in life with your humility and strength.

May you always keep shining, keep winning, and keep making India proud. Your brother in Australia will always be there for you.

Dear Parents,

We understand — when your child steps on the mat, you dream of medals. So do we.

But wrestling is not a 3-month journey. It's a 4-5 year journey.

Please don't put pressure on your children to win medals tomorrow. Give them time to learn, to fail, to grow stronger, and to fall in love with the sport.

If we rush for medals, we lose the athlete. If we build the athlete, medals will come.

And even if a medal doesn't come, your child will still win:

✅ A healthy, disciplined lifestyle
✅ Strength, confidence, and fitness
✅ Respect, humility, and mental toughness
✅ And they will grow up to be a great person — on and off the mat.

That is a victory bigger than any medal.

Trust the process. Trust your coach. Support your child.🇦🇺🤼‍♀️🤼💪🏆🧿

🇮🇳🇦🇺 HISTORIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INDIAN KUSHTI IN AUSTRALIA! 🇦🇺🇮🇳

We are proud to announce that INDIAN STYLE WRESTLING FEDERATION OF AUSTRALIA - ISWFA is now the Official National Federation for Traditional Indian Style Wrestling in Australia.

ISWFA is officially affiliated with WFISW - World Federation of Indian Style Wrestling, which is Recognised by UNITED WORLD WRESTLING - UWW.

This means our athletes and coaches now have direct access to WFISW championships, international training programs, and global recognition under the UWW family.
