Power House is one of the oldest established First Division Clubs (est 1933) in Victorian Rugby Union, situated on Albert Park Lake just 4 kilometres south of the city centre of Melbourne. Our main clubrooms are on Albert Park Lake in the Power House building on Lakeside Drive, just off Queens Road, opposite the Sebel Albert Park Melbourne Hotel. We currently field 8 senior teams, made up of a wom
en's team, Colts (under 20's), master's (over 35's), Wheelchair Rugby team and 4 senior men's teams. So anyone of any age can get a game. Satellite Grounds - Power House Hobson's Bay
Melbourne's population is booming in the Western Suburbs. As no rugby club existed in this region, Power House set up a satellite rugby union club in Hobson's Bay (originally in Newport moving to Langshaws Reserve, Altona North in 2004). Social Activities / Facilities
Our bar facilities are second to none with beer on tap and a massive 2400mm x 2400mm screen for viewing International games and select Super 14 fixtures. All family members are always welcome to come along and support the club, have a drink and join the fun. Whilst enjoying our hospitality and friendly environment take time to view our unique collection of international memorabilia going way back to the 30's. So come along to Power House Rugby Club and join in the spirit and fraternity of other players and social members. You will always be welcome.
