KIDS & TEENS FITNESS 👟
We are kicking off our *BRAND NEW* Kids & Teens fitness sessions, commencing beginning of Term 2.
It is a great way for them to build functional strength, gain some confidence on the floor, and ditch the screens for an afternoon. We are excited to welcome new young faces into the studio.
🗓 Sessions starting Tuesday, April 21st (TUESDAYS ONLY):
📌 Kids (8–12 yrs): 4:00 PM
📌 Teens (13–17 yrs): 4:35 PM
We are keeping session numbers small, and spots for this term are already filling up. If you haven’t booked in yet, or are keen to learn more, send us a quick DM to grab one of the remaining places! 📲
