One of the most common questions we get is this:
“Can resistance bands actually grow my glutes?”
And the honest answer is yes. For most women, they absolutely can.
Your glutes don’t know whether the resistance comes from a barbell, a machine, or a band. They only respond to tension, effort, and consistency.
Resistance bands are incredibly effective because they create the most tension at the exact point your glutes are working hardest, at full extension. This is where the muscle is forced to contract fully, which is essential for strength and development.
But the biggest difference we see isn’t the equipment.
It’s consistency.
The women who see results aren’t doing 2-hour gym sessions. They’re doing small, repeatable workouts they can sustain. 10–15 minutes. A few times per week. At home. Between work, kids, and everything else life throws at them.
You don’t need perfect conditions.
You need something you can actually stick to.
That’s why we created Cheeky Peachy. Tools that fit into real life, so you can build real strength over time.
Strong glutes aren’t built in one workout. They’re built in the moments you show up, even when it’s not convenient.
And that counts more than anything.
