Some FAQs about the High-Quality Connection Cards
1. What are they? A practical, evidence-informed tool with tactics and strategies to help you amplify the quality of interactions with others. Created by Marcia Ryan and Mary Ceccanese and based on Jane Dutton's High-Quality Connection research. Full of ways to focus on staying connected and strengthening your working relationships.
2. Can they be used if I interact virtually with colleagues/clients? The cards are a physical product sold as a single-user purchase. Useful for teachers, coaches and mentoring by leaders, they can be used creatively in virtual meetings, coaching sessions or workshops whilst observing copyright. You can purchase extra sets for team members if you want them to play with their own deck.
3. Where can I purchase them from? Available from Australia https://www.wellbeingworks.net.au/ or from the USA https://dynamicconnectionsllc.com/

Mary Ceccanese and I have been busy writing and creating a deck of High-Quality Connection Cards (HQCs) that contain practical ways to build skills to amplify the quality of your interactions with others to better connect and communicate. Based on Jane Dutton's work on High-Quality Connections, this tool supports the development of positive working relationships.

Try out these 2 sample cards. One is from the fourth pathway to building HQCs -- Task Enabling (TE) -- and the other card is a Toxicity Tamer (TT). This fifth set of cards (TT) provide us with useful options when we encounter interactions that are not high quality -- those that have a negative impact on us and our working relationships. We look forward to releasing the card set soon.
