• Unlimited Reformer sessions - $69

Unlimited Reformer membership includes access to all Yoga, Mat Pilates & Meditation sessions; add $5 per week to other Reformer Memberships to enjoy access to Yoga & Mat Pilates. All participants need to fill out a health screen questionnaire before beginning physical exercise

One thing I’ve learned from exercise over the years, both through my own training and from coaching others, is that getting fitter and stronger is usually about doing just a little bit more over time.

Not huge jumps. Not trying to do everything at once. Just gradually moving the needle forward.

Of course, rest days are important. Easier sessions are important too. But if you want to improve, there has to be some progression somewhere along the way.

If you’ve enjoyed the long weekend and had a chance to relax, that’s great. Now it’s time to get moving again.

Have a great week everyone. Get back into your training, do what you can, and remember that small improvements add up to big results over time.

Tomorrow is the first day of winter!! Crazy hey.

I was chatting with a few members this morning, and the conversation turned to life, health, and the reality that a couple of their friends had recently passed away. It was a reminder that none of us know how much time we have.

Our fitness journey isn’t just about losing weight or looking good. It’s about giving ourselves the best chance of living a longer, healthier, more active life. It’s about having the energy to do the things we love, spend time with the people we care about, and keep making memories.

As we head into winter, let’s not hibernate. Let’s keep moving, keep looking after ourselves, and keep investing in our health.

Your future self will thank you for it.

Life is good, and it gets even better when we feel healthy, strong, and capable.
