EXERCISE 1 of 4… LANDMINE REVERSE CURTSY LUNGES 🔥 🍑
Focus on the twist to fully contract and stretch the glutes
Keep working leg knee tracking over second toe at all times
Control the tempo for a squeeze up squeeze down
As you progress, work in a knee raise at the top to fully shorten the working leg glute
5 reps in, you’ll feel the burn 🔥
