A feminine partner wants to know you’re stronger than her; physically or mentally or emotionally- it doesn’t matter which, she just needs to know ‘you’ve got her’.⁣

Because if you don’t, if she’s stronger than you (and every feminine tests this in their partner & 💯% knows), she’s doesn’t feel safe and therefore she needs to be her own protection. She’ll ‘masculine up’ & resist opening, softness and surrender.⁣

And then she’ll punish you for it. ⁣

Her fury at being ignored, unseen, under-cared-for & unrecognised in her feminine gifts will build.⁣

Some days she’ll keep it under wraps & it’s just a simmering dissatisfaction with you, other days she’ll not be able to hold back the torrent of hurt.⁣

Her ‘anger’ is a cry for help and it’s a challenge to build your masculine capacity. She’s proding you to rise up. ⁣

If you withdraw from her, her hurt will drive deeper & her anger will rise from an even deeper place until she’s a roar that threatens to consume you, or tear you apart.⁣

But she doesn’t want to be here. ⁣
This does not feel good for her. Or you.⁣
⁣
She CRAVES to surrender, but unless there’s a safe ‘space’ outside of her, stronger than her, she won’t because she reads your fragility more than your capacity.⁣

As a masculine partner, you first have to own your part in this dynamic, you’re not victim to her, she’s not the reason you cower. ⁣
⁣
Claim your masculine power by seeing how you have choice, how you’re always choosing - what you do, how you react, the cycle you stay in…etc⁣

Then choose something different.⁣
Like a child feels unsafe when there are no boundaries, a feminine being feels the same - let her know your boundaries if she crosses them, but stay, don’t withdraw - this lets her know you’re safe, she’s safe and she doesn’t have to stay ‘on guard’.⁣

Find your strength & offer it to her, be the mountain who’s stronger than any weather pattern, the sailor who can masterfully navigate his direction regardless of storms…be the strength, so she doesn’t have to be.⁣

Add in a firm embrace at this point & she’ll move whatever energy she needs to, to be able to come back into her heart.⁣

She loves you. She wants you. Promise.

This is such a good read! science based evidence and most of the things that make a great s*x life have little to do with the bedroom. Like they say "Good Loving, Great S*x"
